Job summary

Little Miracles is seeking an experienced Head of Income Generation to drive a bold, sustainable fundraising strategy. You will lead a small but growing team, shape partnerships and influence the senior leadership team to secure resources for services supporting families.

You will work across trusts, foundations, corporate partnerships, major donors, events and digital giving, building a portfolio that reduces reliance on any one source.

Qualifications

• A proven track record of generating charitable or relevant income.
• Experience in developing fundraising, business development or income generation plans.
• Experience in setting targets, managing budgets and monitoring performance.
• Strong leadership skills with experience managing others.
• Good understanding of the UK charity sector and safeguarding responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Develop and regularly review Little Miracles’ income generation strategy.
• Establish ambitious, measurable income targets.
• Build a balanced fundraising portfolio across multiple sources.
• Lead and develop income generation staff and volunteers.
• Maintain systems for fundraising activity and reporting.
• Collaborate with finance to prepare budgets and forecasts.
• Represent the charity in meetings and community events.
