Job summary

Search Consultancy is seeking a proactive Funding Advisor in Leeds to support funding and expansion initiatives. You will assist with bids and tenders, manage data systems, and coordinate with local authorities to support negotiation processes.

You will collaborate with the Bids and Contracts Manager, maintain contract records in the CRM, and provide ad-hoc administrative support across the team. Strong communication and multi-tasking are essential.

Qualifications

• Proactive approach to identifying issues and driving solutions.
• Strong project coordination and administrative skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Experience using Microsoft Office, particularly Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Teams.
• Experience managing stakeholder relationships, especially within public sector or education settings.
• High proficiency with CRM systems.

Responsibilities

• Manage the uplift process across all business divisions in-line with internal protocols.
• Coordinate and schedule meetings with local authorities to support negotiation processes.
• Prepare and submit offer proposals to the internal decision-making panel.
• Escalate issues to Head of Pricing when needed.
• Support Bids and Contracts Manager in bid preparation, documentation, and tender tracking.
• Lead the Contract Audit project, maintaining contract records in the CRM for data integrity.
• Provide high-level ad-hoc administrative support to other managers.
