Job summary

SP Energy Networks, part of the Iberdrola Group, is recruiting a Contractor Management Analyst to join the Glasgow team. You will manage live framework contracts, monitor performance, and drive improvements across a £900m portfolio.

SAP, PowerBI knowledge and strong commercial judgement are highly valued. Engagement with operations, project managers and supply chain partners is essential to deliver effective governance and reporting.

Qualifications

• Proven project and contract management skills.
• Computer literacy including SAP and PowerBI.
• Professional qualification or equivalent experience.
• Proven negotiation skills.
• Knowledge and experience of framework contracts in SAP.

Responsibilities

• Lead continuous performance improvement through analysis of operational outputs and data.
• Engage with internal and external customers to deliver effective communication and management of service framework contracts.
• Develop and implement improvement plans to enhance delivery, efficiency and value.
• Maintain reporting systems covering costs, budgets, forecasts and performance metrics.
• Coordinate governance activities and document control for the Live Framework Team.
• Identify, investigate and resolve contractual issues with timely outcomes.
• Manage supplier relationships to ensure contract administration and performance.
• Review framework agreements and manage risk between SP Energy Networks and contractors.
