Job summary

SP Energy Networks in Glasgow seeks a Contract and Framework Development Manager to lead commercial and contractual strategies for new framework agreements and service contracts. You will partner with operations, engineering and procurement teams to translate requirements into tender solutions and support end-to-end tender activity.

You will analyse contract performance, manage stakeholder relationships, and drive continuous improvement across the framework portfolio to deliver value and support

Qualifications

• Experience developing/framework agreements or major commercial arrangements.
• Strong stakeholder management with the ability to influence.
• Experience supporting tender, procurement or commercial processes.
• Excellent communication, reporting and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead development of commercial strategies for new framework agreements and service contracts.
• Partner with operations, engineering and procurement to translate requirements into tender solutions.
• Support end-to-end tender activities including pre-market engagement and contract award recommendations.
• Analyse contract performance and identify efficiency improvements.
• Maintain stakeholder relationships across SP Energy Networks and contractor community.
• Present business cases and recommendations to senior stakeholders.
• Support contractor mobilisation and implementation of new agreements.
• Drive continuous improvement across the framework portfolio to support ED2 goals.
• Identify and manage commercial risks to ensure safe operational delivery.
