Job summary

SP Energy Networks in Glasgow is seeking a Contractor Management Analyst to support live framework agreements, monitor performance, and drive governance across a £900m portfolio. You will work with internal teams and external partners to ensure effective contract administration and reporting.

The role emphasizes SAP/PowerBI proficiency, strong commercial awareness, and the ability to deliver insightful feedback and continuous improvement in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• Proven project and contract management skills.
• Computer literacy including SAP and PowerBI.
• Professional qualification or equivalent experience.
• Proven negotiation skills.
• Knowledge and experience of framework contracts in SAP.

Responsibilities

• Lead and drive continuous performance improvement through analysis of operational outputs and performance data.
• Engage with internal and external customers to support effective communication and management of service framework contracts.
• Develop and implement improvement plans to enhance delivery, efficiency and value.
• Maintain reporting systems covering costs, budgets, forecasts and performance metrics.
• Coordinate governance activities and maintain document control for the Live Framework Team.
• Identify, investigate and resolve contractual issues with timely outcomes.
• Manage relationships with suppliers and stakeholders for effective contract administration.
• Review framework agreements and manage risk allocations between SP Energy Networks and contractors.
• Represent SP Energy Networks at meetings and build stakeholder relationships.
• Pursue personal development and expand professional knowledge.
• Foster team collaboration to identify solutions when targets are not met.
