Job summary

De Beers Group is seeking an FP&A Transformation Lead on a 12-month contract to redesign the FP&A function across Brands & DiamondDesirability, delivering a decentralized operating model and enhanced reporting and forecasting.

You will partner with senior leaders and the B&DD Central Finance teams, drive governance, transition, and continuous improvement, and lead a finance team through the change journey across UK, US, EU, India and China.

Qualifications

• Proven FP&A experience in large, fast-moving businesses.
• Experience with budgeting, forecasting and strategic planning.
• Ability to drive cross-geography finance transformation.

Responsibilities

• Lead FP&A transformation across brands and geographies.
• Oversee planning, budgeting and forecasting cycles for B&DD units.
• Partner with leadership to provide financial insights and risk/opportunity analysis.
• Drive improvements in reporting processes and data quality.
