Qualifications

• Previous experience in business partnering roles.
• Experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.
• Experience working with senior management teams.

Responsibilities

• Preparation of the annual budget and quarterly planning forecasts, engaging with the business.
• Tracking actual performance vs plan, analyzing deviations, and presenting corrective actions.
• Financial appraisal of business-wide pricing strategies.
• Preparing and presenting monthly financial reports for the senior management team.
• Act as a strategic partner providing recommendations to the senior management team.
• Understand key market developments and their impact on the Bank's roadmap.
• Providing financial analysis to support decision making.
• Monitoring external benchmarking for Hodge and reporting KPIs.
• Establish and review operating policies to safeguard the Group's assets.
• Identify, evaluate, and manage risks within areas of responsibility.
• Develop and maintain knowledge of Compliance & Risk regulatory information.
