Job summary

ClearView Healthcare Partners is seeking a Senior Manager to bridge FP&A and Sales Operations. You will design systems linking forecasts to staffing, model compensation, and deliver real-time profitability insights down to the project level.

Ideal candidates bring 8+ years in FP&A or related fields, with advanced Excel and BI tool proficiency, and a track record building scalable financial models and capacity plans. This role centers on professional services and strategic growth initiatives.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in FP&A, corporate finance, or sales/revenue operations—ideally within professional services, consulting, or a private-equity-backed company.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related field
• Track record of building financial models and capacity/resource-planning frameworks from scratch, not just maintaining existing ones.
• Experience designing or administering compensation and incentive structures.
• Exposure to M&A or transaction diligence strongly preferred.
• Advanced Excel; fluency with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau) and CRM/PSA systems.
• A confident cross-functional communicator, comfortable presenting to the CFO and leadership.
• High tolerance for ambiguity and energized by building structure where none currently exists.

Responsibilities

• Build budgets and rolling forecasts for revenue, utilization, and headcount that connect pipeline, staffing capacity, and targets.
• Partner with practice leads and HR/Recruiting to translate staffing plans into capacity models.
• Run scenario analyses to inform hiring, staffing mix, and growth investments.
• Design data and analytics for compensation and incentive decisions, including bonus pools and utilization-linked incentives.
• Develop the sales operations backbone: pipeline reporting, win-rate analytics, and pricing/margin analysis.
• Standardize how deal economics roll up into firm-wide forecasts and compensation calculations.
• Own project-level profitability reporting (margin, utilization, cost-to-serve) and translate to portfolio-level views.
• Create dashboards with IT to give leadership real-time profitability visibility by portfolio, practice, and product.
