Job summary

Behavox is seeking a Senior Manager, FP&A to own the global financial planning and analysis function, supporting growth from $50M to $200M in revenue over three years. The role establishes planning calendars, forecasting methodologies, and management reporting cadence across multi-currency, multi-jurisdiction environments.

You will partner with Sales, RevOps and People to translate plans into outputs, maintain planning models, and ensure acquisitions are absorbed into forecasts.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end FP&A process including planning calendar, forecasting methodology, and management reporting cadence across multi-currency, multi-jurisdiction environment.
• Lead budgeting, re-forecasting, and management reporting against the plan for CEO/COO review.
• Act as primary analytical partner to functional leaders and collaborate with strategic finance on deal origination, valuation, and financing analysis.
• Translate operating plans, pipeline, and headcount into controlled financial outputs and explain performance against plan for actionable insights.
• Own the integrity of planning models and ensure acquisitions are absorbed into the operating plan and forecast.
• Manage FP&A team, drive AI-native planning and reporting workflows to improve speed and accuracy.
• Oversee automation of data collection, plan consolidation, variance analysis, and report production, measuring cycle time and error rate.
