Job summary

WCG Clinical, Inc. is seeking an experienced FP&A Manager to act as a strategic partner for designated business units and corporate functions.

You will lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis, develop forward-looking models, and provide actionable recommendations to senior leadership. The role focuses on delivering insights to drive performance, align with organizational goals, and scale FP&A processes across the company.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years of FP&A, corporate finance, or related roles.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; experience with NetSuite and Adaptive Insights.
• Strong financial modeling, budgeting, KPI & dashboard reporting, and forecasting skills.
• Ability to synthesize complex data into clear, actionable insights for senior leadership.
• Experience in process improvement and reporting automation.
• Comfortable presenting financial information to executive audiences.

Responsibilities

• Partner with internal stakeholders to provide FP&A, analysis and reporting.
• Lead budgeting and forecasting cycles for divisions, functions, or products.
• Develop and maintain financial models, dashboards, and KPIs using Excel, PowerPoint, and Power BI.
• Manage variance analysis and cost control to optimize expenses.
• Provide ad-hoc financial modeling and ROI assessments for new initiatives.
• Drive process improvements and reporting automation for FP&A deliverables.
• Prepare and present executive-level reports with trends, risks, and opportunities.
