Job summary

Wifinity, based in Greater London, seeks a Senior FP&A Manager to own group planning, budgeting, reforecasting and long-range modelling. You will build and maintain models, provide analysis and commentary to executives, boards and lenders, and partner with commercial and operational teams.

This hands-on role reports to the Commercial Finance Director, with one direct report, focusing on forecast accuracy, KPI framework, and data-driven decision making in a remote-first environment conducive to

Qualifications

Significant FP&A experience with full budgeting and reforecast ownership.
Strong three-statement modelling, driver-based planning and scenario analysis.
Experience producing material commentary for board, investors and lenders.
Proven ability to partner with senior non-finance stakeholders.
Line management or coaching experience or readiness to lead a first report.

Responsibilities

Own the annual budget process end-to-end and consolidation.
Lead reforecast/rolling forecast for P&L, cash flow, working capital and capex.
Develop and maintain the long-range model with scenarios and sensitivities.
Drive forecast accuracy by tracing variances to causes and data quality improvements.
Provide clear financial storytelling for senior audiences.
