Job summary

Michael Page is seeking a strategic FP&A Manager for a leading FMCG business in Nottingham. You will coordinate planning processes, lead the annual 3-Year Plan and Budget, and build relationships with finance teams across the Group.

You will be a qualified or QBE finance professional with FP&A experience, capable of mentoring a Senior Finance Analyst and delivering timely, board-ready reporting to support key decisions and performance insights.

Qualifications

• Qualified or QBE Finance Manager with FP&A experience.
• Experience in large multi-site businesses.
• Proven ability to mentor staff and support board-level stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead FP&A activities including the annual 3-Year Plan and Budget.
• Design and implement internal processes to meet Group deadlines.
• Identify performance trends for robust target setting.
• Provide insightful reporting to aid understanding of performance.
• Manage and mentor a Senior Finance Analyst.
• Provide regular and ad hoc reporting to the Executive Leadership Team.
