Michael Page is seeking a strategic FP&A Manager for a leading FMCG business in Nottingham. You will coordinate planning processes, lead the annual 3-Year Plan and Budget, and build relationships with finance teams across the Group.

You will be a qualified or QBE finance professional with FP&A experience, capable of mentoring a Senior Finance Analyst and delivering timely, board-ready reporting to support key decisions and performance insights.

Description

• We are seeking a strategic and analytical FP&A Manager to join a high performing finance team. Your contributions will directly impact strategic decisions and help achieve goals.

• • Lead FP&A activities including the annual 3-Year Plan and Budget processes.

  • Design and implement internal processes to meet Group deadlines.

  • Identify performance trends for robust target setting.

  • Provide insightful reporting to aid understanding of performance.

  • Manage and mentor a Senior Finance Analyst.
  • Provide reporting (both regular and ad hoc) to Executive Leadership Team to aid their understanding of performance providing analysis and creating insight to inform future decisions.

Profile

You will be a Qualified or QBE Finance Manager with FP&A experience, preferably in large multi-site businesses. You will have managed and mentored while supporting board level stakeholders with timely and accurate reporting and insight
