Michael Page has exclusive retained to lead the search for a Group FP&A Manager. You will act as the strategic connector between finance and operations, guiding budgeting, forecasting and long-range planning to drive performance across the business.

You will partner with senior leaders, deliver robust analysis, consolidate management reporting and provide commercial inputs to improve growth, margins and cash generation. Hybrid working and a strong benefits package are on offer.

Formación

• ACA/CIMA/ACCA qualified with strong commercial mindset.
• Experience in FP&A, commercial finance or finance business partnering.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the Group's budgeting, forecasting and long-range planning.
• Partner with senior operational leaders to translate strategic objectives into financial outcomes.
• Deliver monthly performance analysis against forecast including variance, cash flow and KPI reporting.
• Produce consolidated Group management reporting for senior leadership.
• Provide commercial insight to improve growth, profitability, margins and cash generation.
• Support strategic decision-making through detailed financial analysis.
• Drive improvements in reporting, planning, controls and performance management.
