Job summary

Travel Counsellors Limited is seeking an exceptional Senior FP&A Manager to lead our financial planning and analysis capability. This highly commercial role owns the model underpinning P&L, cash flow and balance sheet impacts, guiding executive decisions.

You will blend advanced financial modelling with strong business partnering, developing the FP&A data model, driving automation and AI, and shaping a modern, insight-led finance function with senior stakeholders.

Qualifications

• ACA, ACCA or CIMA qualification.
• Significant senior FP&A/Commercial Finance experience.
• Proven ability to build integrated P&L/BS/CF models.
• Advanced Excel modelling skills.
• Strong knowledge of financial planning methodologies.
• Exceptional commercial acumen.
• Experience partnering with executive teams.
• Ability to explain complex finance to non-finance audiences.
• Experience improving finance processes through automation.

Responsibilities

• Own and develop the integrated financial model with scenario analysis.
• Lead annual budgeting and rolling forecasts.
• Ensure accuracy and scalability of FP&A outputs.
• Lead month-end performance analysis and drive insights.
• Own the finance data model and improve data quality.
• Champion AI and automation in forecasting and reporting.
• Partner with executives to provide clear financial insight.
