Job summary

Jobtailor seeks a senior FP&A professional to lead group forecasting, budgeting and MI across a fast-moving international group. You will own the forecasting model, apply scenario and sensitivity analyses and partner with Directors on P&L presentation and strategy.

The role requires ACA/ACCA/CIMA, senior FP&A experience, and a commercial mindset with a passion for AI and automation in finance. Expect close collaboration with multiple departments and external lenders.

Qualifications

• Fully qualified accountant with international group experience.
• Strong FP&A background including budgeting, forecasting, and modelling.
• Experience implementing forecasting models from scratch is a plus.
• Ability to partner with non-finance stakeholders and challenge constructively.

Responsibilities

• Build and own the group forecasting model with scenario and sensitivity analyses.
• Act as the central source of truth for MI and budgeting across the group.
• Lead weekly margin and debtor reports and flag performance below margins.
• Own cost analysis and overhead efficiency improvements across the group.
• Oversee group budgeting, in-year forecasting and reforecasting.
• Lead monthly MI and lender reporting packs and KPI dashboards.
