Job summary

Content Guru in Bracknell is seeking a Senior FP&A to lead budgeting, forecasting and management reporting across the group. Reporting to the CFO, you will develop financial models, provide commercial analysis and drive FP&A improvements.

You will work with senior stakeholders across departments and international locations, translating data into insight to support strategic decisions and growth. Qualified accountants with strong Excel and Power BI skills, and a track record in SaaS/tech

Qualifications

• Qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA or CIMA) or equivalent.
• Significant experience in FP&A, commercial finance or management reporting.
• Experience leading budgeting & forecasting processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead budgeting and forecasting for the Group with robust planning processes.
• Develop financial models and scenario analysis to support decision-making.
• Produce executive reporting and commercial analysis; monitor performance vs budgets.
