Job summary

Visa is seeking a Senior FP&A Manager to lead revenue planning, forecasting, and client-level reporting across Visa Direct accounts. You will partner with FP&A, Sales, and Data Insights to improve visibility, explain performance, and steer informed decisions.

This is a hands-on finance role combining commercial partnering with analytics and reporting transformation. The position supports Visa Direct networks and CurrencyCloud, with a focus on revenue forecasting, month-end close, and data

Qualifications

• Graduate, undergraduate degree and/or other Finance-related professionally recognized accreditations (e.g. CIMA, ACA, ACCA).
• Professional finance experience, preferably in global publicly listed, government regulated payments company.
• Outstanding analytical and quantitative skills, can-do attitude to resolve tough business problems with well-structured analyses.
• Strong interest and experience in AI and agentic solutions.
• Highly strategic combined with a strong business acumen.
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills to connect dots and address problems with a forward-looking view.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, capable of working under pressure and partnering at all levels.
• Capable of handling multiple tasks with good judgment and organization; independent and flexible.

Responsibilities

• Lead the revenue components of the Annual Operating Plan and quarterly Outlook processes.
• Develop robust revenue forecasts using client-level data, volumes, and FX.
• Collaborate with regional FP&A to provide accurate client-level information.
• Work with Sales and Account Management on performance, timelines, and risks.
• Produce forecasts for key revenue streams including transactional revenue and FX.
• Maintain forecasting models with transparent assumptions and data support.
• Prepare commentary and presentation materials on forecast movements and risks.
• Coordinate loading of forecasts into Oracle EPM and restate plans with updated exchange rates.
• Own month-end client revenue reconciliation and variance analysis.
• Provide regional FP&A with clear explanations of performance and variances.
• Lead FP&A revenue reporting for monthly reviews; translate data into insights for leadership.
• Identify drivers and distinguish trends from one-off items.
• Leverage AI to enhance reporting scalability and maintain BI suites.
