Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience in business operations or FP&A, consulting or analytical roles.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Proficient in financial concepts: revenue, cost, margin and forecasting.
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint for executive analyses and presentations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and stakeholder management.
• Experience with CRM, pipeline, reporting or workforce planning tools is preferred.
• Experience with Power BI or AI-enabled tools is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain revenue, margin, pipeline and headcount views; compare against plan; prepare management reviews.
• Support Europe pipeline rhythm and improve VPC data quality; reconcile forecasts; handle variances and data gaps.
• Support pricing reviews and financial modelling; validate revenue and margin assumptions; monitor pricing exceptions.
• Maintain the consolidated workforce plan; reconcile headcount, vacancies and recruitment status; highlight capacity gaps.
• Standardise and automate priority reporting and data-consolidation; document processes; support new systems adoption including AI tools.
• Coordinate inputs across clusters; facilitate governance forums; translate financial data for non-finance audiences; track owners and deadlines.
