Job summary

Vitae Financial Recruitment Ltd. is seeking a Senior FP&A Manager to lead monthly financial reporting, provide commercial insight and support key business decisions within a large organisation.

This is a fixed-term contract based in Luton with hybrid working and exposure to Executive Committee and Board-level stakeholders. You will manage a team of four, deliver performance reporting and commentary, own inputs for trading statements and annual results, and mentor finance colleagues while

Qualifications

• Qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA) and post-qualification FP&A experience.
• Experience delivering reporting for Executive Committee/Board.
• Strong analytical, modelling and data management skills.
• Ability to lead and develop a team under tight deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Lead monthly financial performance reporting for EC and Board.
• Own inputs for trading statements and annual results.
• Oversee corporate performance measures and target setting.
• Manage, coach and develop a team of four.
• Provide competitor and market analysis to support decisions.
• Build relationships with senior stakeholders across Finance and IR.
• Support ad hoc FP&A and strategic reporting projects.
