Job summary

Vitae Financial Recruitment Limited is seeking an FP&A Manager to lead commercial finance and strategic growth for our client in Hemel Hempstead. You will own the group business plan, drive monthly Board reporting, budgeting, forecasting and scenario modelling, and work closely with the CFO and executive team to influence strategic decisions.

Qualifications

• Qualified finance professional (ACA, ACCA or CIMA) with 3–5+ years PQE.
• Experience developing and maintaining business plans; strong modelling, budgeting and forecasting.
• Excellent commercial acumen with ability to partner with senior stakeholders; hands-on with structure and process improvement.

Responsibilities

• Own and continually develop the Group business plan; lead budgeting and forecasting.
• Establish and develop monthly Board reporting and investor updates.
• Lead investment appraisal, ROI/IRR/MOIC modelling and due diligence support.
• Collaborate with Management Accounting to turn financial data into commercial insights.
• Develop KPIs, MI and the future FP&A/reporting environment.
• Support capital allocation decisions and covenant reporting.
