Job summary
Vitae Financial Recruitment Ltd. partners with a fast-growing UK business to appoint an FP&A Manager - Commercial Finance & Strategic Growth in Hemel Hempstead. You will own the group business plan, monthly board reporting and budgeting.
Working directly with the CFO and Executive Team, you will build financial models, support investment appraisal, and develop meaningful commercial insight to drive growth and strategic decision-making.
Qualifications
- Qualified finance professional (ACA/ACCA/CIMA) with 3–5+ years PQE.
- Experience developing and maintaining business plans is essential.
- Strong financial modelling, budgeting, forecasting and commercial analysis.
- Excellent commercial acumen and ability to partner with senior stakeholders.
- Hands-on, capable of building structure and improving processes.
Responsibilities
- Own and develop the Group business plan and monthly Board reporting.
- Lead budgeting, forecasting and scenario modelling.
- Work with Management Accounting to translate financial data into insights.
- Support investment appraisal, ROI/IRR/MOIC modelling and due diligence.
- Provide commercial business partnering and performance analysis.
- Develop KPIs and advanced FP&A/reporting environment for the future.
