Job summary

CMA Recruitment Group is seeking a Director of Financial Planning, Performance & Strategy in Hampshire (Agile Working). The role reports to the CFO and sits on the Finance Leadership Team, offering a rare opportunity to shape long-term business plans and influence decisions at Board level.

You will lead a team of senior finance professionals, drive forecasting, planning and performance management, and oversee major regulatory submissions, with a focus on creating a modern, commercially focused

Qualifications

• Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA or CIMA).
• Experience advising Executive and Board-level stakeholders.
• Experience leading large-scale planning, regulatory, transformation or strategic programmes.
• Strong communication skills with Boards, Regulators and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead financial planning, forecasting and performance management across the Group.
• Own the Group performance management framework and link strategy to financial delivery.
• Lead and develop a high-performing finance leadership team.
• Represent the organisation with regulators, customers and industry bodies on financial matters.
• Drive FP&A improvements, reporting and analytical capability to create a modern finance function.
• Lead development and submission of business plans for price control reviews.
