Job summary

Hampshire Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust invites applications for an FP&A Manager - Planning & Reporting. The role shapes the Trust's financial strategy, leads annual planning, budgeting, and forecasting, and liaises with the Integrated Care System planning agenda.

You will oversee external financial reporting, manage the Trust-wide management accounts process, and drive financial transformation initiatives across FP&A.

Qualifications

• Full CCAB member status or equivalent.
• Minimum of 2 years post CCAB qualification experience.
• Experience leading development of plans and forecasts.
• Ability to influence and challenge senior stakeholders.
• Advanced spreadsheet, financial modelling and analytics skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and delivery of the Trust's annual financial plan and coordinate the planning process.
• Own and drive the Trust's financial forecasting with scenario modelling.
• Lead the production and submission of monthly external financial returns.
• Produce high-quality financial and management reports for senior leaders and the Director of Finance.
• Lead the annual budget-setting process and align plans with priorities.
• Provide expert financial advice and challenge to operational and clinical leaders.
