Job summary

Edenred PayTech is seeking a Head of FP&A to lead the finance planning and analysis function for PayTech UK and PPS EU. You will drive strategy, budgeting, forecasting, and performance reporting, working with the Finance Director and a team of four direct reports within a broader international group.

You will build robust FP&A processes, partner with key stakeholders, and drive improvements in data quality, systems, and reporting.

Qualifications

• Qualified Accountant – CIMA or ACCA.
• Strong background in FP&A with international reporting experience.
• Excellent stakeholder relationship management and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead FP&A strategy and reporting for PayTech UK and PPS EU within Edenred International.
• Drive budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis across legal entities.
• Implement finance systems and improve reporting processes.
• Develop and mentor a team of direct reports and collaborate with global finance teams.
