Edenred PayTech UK is seeking a Head of Financial Planning and Analysis to shape the strategic direction of the FP&A team. You will manage a team of 4 direct reports and collaborate with PayTech and PPS EU across the Edenred International Group.

You will lead reporting, forecasting, budgeting, and performance analysis, drive process improvements, and implement finance systems to ensure data quality and timely insights.

Qualifications

• Qualified FP&A professional with international experience and strong leadership.
• Strong Excel and data analytics skills with attention to detail.
• Experience using Power BI and Oracle Hyperion for management reporting.

Responsibilities

• Lead the FP&A function and provide strategic financial guidance.
• Oversee reporting, forecasting, budgeting, and performance analysis for multiple entities.
• Drive process improvements and implement finance systems for data quality.
