Job summary

Edenbrook is seeking a Head of Financial Planning & Analysis to lead forecasting, budgeting and performance across Europe. The role drives driver-based modelling and provides senior leaders with clear insights for strategic decisions.

The successful candidate will transform FP&A, partner with senior stakeholders across Finance, Actuarial, Pricing and Underwriting, and build a high-performing FP&A team.

Qualifications

• Qualified accountant with post-qualification experience.
• Experience in budgeting, forecasting and strategic planning.
• Strong modelling, analytical and commercial skills.
• Ability to challenge senior stakeholders with clear insight.
• Experience across multiple markets or entities is a plus.
• Proven track record of FP&A transformation and improved forecasting.

Responsibilities

• Lead annual budgeting, rolling forecasting and long-term planning for Europe.
• Develop driver-based financial models and scenario analysis.
• Own monthly and quarterly performance reporting with insights.
• Partner with Finance, Actuarial, Pricing, Underwriting, Claims and Operations.
• Transform European forecasting processes over 12–18 months.
• Drive improvements to planning systems, MI and controls.
• Lead, coach and develop a high-performing FP&A team.
