Job summary

JLL is seeking an EMEA Account Sourcing Manager with strong IFM/FM expertise to lead strategic sourcing for a dedicated client account. You’ll own end-to-end procurement—from sourcing strategy and RFPs to supplier negotiations and contract management—driving measurable savings across hard and soft FM services.

As a trusted advisor, you will optimise supplier portfolios, manage risk, and build Executive stakeholder relationships across regions in a hybrid working environment within the EMEA

Qualifications

• Strong background in Integrated Facilities Management (IFM) or Facilities Management (FM) is a minimum requirement.
• Experience in managing complex FM contracts and SLAs with a focus on sustainability.
• Ability to lead end-to-end procurement, RFPs, negotiations and supplier onboarding.

Responsibilities

• Develop sourcing strategies aligned with client requirements across Workplace Management service lines.
• Lead negotiations, RFP management, and bid analysis to deliver savings and meet S&P targets.

Key Responsibilities & Qualifications

• Develop and implement sourcing strategies aligned with client requirements across Workplace Management service lines, and build Sourcing Plans that reflect account priorities and JLL's wider Sourcing & Procurement strategy.
• Lead negotiations, RFP management, and bid analysis, delivering committed savings and managing S&P targets for the account, with a strong emphasis on FM-related contracts.
• Optimise supplier portfolios to improve service quality and cost-effectiveness, and develop the supply chain to meet evolving account needs.
• Own contract and supplier compliance, maintaining accurate supplier details, contracts, and framework relationships, and ensuring adherence to S&P policies, industry standards, and country-specific practices.
• Manage supplier relationships end-to-end, including performance reviews, qualification, and onboarding, and resolve issues proactively to protect service continuity.
• Represent JLL Sourcing & Procurement in client and account meetings and forums, producing monthly and QBR reports on service performance, savings delivery, and project plans.
• Coordinate with the Account Director, Facilities Managers, and client contacts to manage account resources and align sourcing activity with operational delivery.
• Support client surveys and transformation initiatives, including audits, reporting, and transition support for account activities.
• Develop and manage the account's ESG strategy, embedding sustainable and responsible procurement practices.
• Monitor and report on KPIs, sourcing activity, and supplier performance, using the appropriate procurement platforms to drive continuous improvement.
• A strong background in Integrated Facilities Management (IFM) or Facilities Management (FM) - this is a minimum requirement for the role.
• A strategic mindset, with the ability to build EMEA-wide relationships with multi-national suppliers and align sourcing activity with account and business goals.
• Solid understanding of FM services, supplier environments, and industry best practice across hard and soft services.
• A track record of managing complex FM contracts and service level agreements, with knowledge of sustainable and innovative FM solutions.
• Strong project, financial, and resource management skills, backed by sound commercial and numerical judgement.
• Outstanding communication, negotiation, and influencing skills, with strong written and verbal English and the ability to build credibility with senior stakeholders across regions.
• Analytical thinking and sound judgement, paired with creativity in problem-solving.
• Personal effectiveness and self-management, with the ability to build and sustain professional relationships across a matrixed organisation.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and relevant procurement or FM systems and platforms.
• Willingness to travel across the account's sites and EMEA region as needed.
