Job summary

Blackfield Associates is seeking an experienced FM Account Manager to lead delivery of hard FM services across a high-profile environment. You will act as primary operational contact for the client, manage site teams and subcontractors, and ensure financial performance.

The role demands strong leadership, commercial awareness, and ability to balance multiple priorities while maintaining safety and compliance. Experience in regulated environments and with CAFM/CMMS systems is essential.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering hard FM services in complex environments.
• Strong financial and commercial acumen required.
• Proven leadership and people management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Excellent client-facing communication and relationship building.
• Experience with minor works and project delivery is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day performance of the FM contract.
• Manage site teams and subcontractors to meet SLAs.
• Oversee budgets, forecasts and P&L.
• Produce operational, financial, and KPI reports.
• Drive service improvements and account growth.
• Ensure compliance, safety, and CAFM/CMMS usage.
• Support minor works and lifecycle projects.
