Job summary

Ford & Stanley Select is seeking a Fleet Controller to join its Fleet team in Immingham for maternity cover on a 12-month FTC. You will coordinate maintenance scheduling, act as the link between customers, maintenance providers and internal stakeholders, and take ownership of customer accounts.

Rail experience isn’t essential; attitude, initiative and quick learning are highly valued in a fast-paced environment. This role is office-based in Immingham with standard hours.

Qualifications

• Experience in planning, scheduling, logistics or coordination.
• Strong organisational and time-management skills.
• Excellent communication and customer-facing ability.
• Confidence using IT systems and learning new processes.
• Accountability, initiative and a proactive mindset.

Responsibilities

• Act as the link between customers, maintenance providers and internal stakeholders to ensure maintenance activity is planned and delivered effectively across the fleet.
• Own customer accounts and coordinate maintenance schedules.
• Liaise with customers, scheduling maintenance, coordinating resources and ensuring work is completed and invoiced correctly.
• Support a fast-paced operation with multiple priorities and driving delivery.
