Job summary

CrossCountry is seeking a proactive Turbostar Contracts Delivery Manager to support the commercial and contractual management of fleet-related agreements within the Fleet & Safety function. The role emphasizes delivering value through effective contract management, governance and supplier performance.

You will work closely with internal teams and strategic suppliers to ensure contractual commitments are met, value for money is achieved, and fleet operations receive robust support.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting contract management, supplier management, commercial administration or procurement.
• Understanding of contract administration, governance and supplier performance management.
• Strong numerical and analytical skills with ability to interpret information and identify trends.
• Excellent organisational skills and ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines.
• Ability to produce clear, professional reports and contractual documentation.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day management of fleet supplier and maintenance contracts, ensuring obligations and service levels are monitored.
• Monitor supplier performance through KPIs, service reviews and reporting; identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
• Maintain accurate contract documentation including variations, extensions and governance records.
• Assist with procurement activities including information gathering, documentation and evaluation processes.
• Support contract change control, claims, disputes and risk registers; escalate issues when needed.
• Collaborate with Fleet, Safety, Engineering, Finance, Procurement and Operations teams to align contracts with business needs.
