Job summary

CrossCountry is seeking a proactive Turbostar Contracts Delivery Manager to oversee fleet-related contracts and supplier management from its Birmingham base. The role focuses on delivering value through contractual performance, governance and commercial control to ensure best value and reliable fleet operations.

You will work closely with internal teams and suppliers, monitor KPIs, support procurement decisions and drive continuous improvement, with an on-call requirement as part of the Fleet &

Qualifications

• Experience supporting contract management, supplier management or procurement in a regulated/transport environment.
• Strong understanding of contract administration and governance.
• Numerical and analytical skills with ability to maintain records.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day delivery and management of fleet supplier and maintenance contracts.
• Monitor supplier performance via KPIs, service reviews and reporting.
• Maintain contract documentation including variations and governance records.
• Assist with commercial administration, including PO creation, invoicing and accruals.
• Prepare reports and evaluations to support procurement, renewals and decisions.
• Coordinate supplier meetings and ensure actions are followed up.
• Support change control, risk registers and disputes where needed.
• Collaborate with Fleet, Safety, Engineering, Finance and Procurement teams.
