Job summary

CrossCountry is hiring a Turbostar Contracts Delivery Manager to oversee fleet-related contracts and supplier governance. You will help ensure contractual commitments are delivered, drive value for money and support fleet operations from our Birmingham base with a hybrid work setup.

The role requires strong commercial awareness, data analysis skills, and collaboration with Fleet, Safety, Engineering and Finance teams. An on-call element is included to manage priorities and changes.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting contract management, supplier management or procurement.
• Strong numerical and analytical skills with ability to interpret data.
• Excellent organisational and reporting skills.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day fleet supplier and maintenance contracts management.
• Monitor supplier performance through KPIs, service reviews and reporting.
• Maintain contract documentation including variations and governance records.
• Assist with purchase orders, invoice validation and accruals.
• Prepare reports and analyses to support procurements and renewals.
• Coordinate meetings with suppliers and stakeholders to track actions.
• Support contract change control, claims and risk registers.
