Backbase is seeking a Senior Ecosystems Partnerships Manager to drive fintech partnerships globally, overseeing the full partner lifecycle from identification and negotiation to ongoing management and value delivery.

You will negotiate complex deals, collaborate with regional teams, shape pricing and strategy, and report progress to leadership, ensuring partnerships fuel ecosystem growth and innovation.

Qualificações

• 9+ years of professional experience in partnerships, partnership management, with focus on fintech/payments/banking.
• Strong understanding of payments, payments modernization, and money movement.
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration or finance; Master’s preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Drive end-to-end partner lifecycle from identification to negotiation and ongoing management.
• Negotiate and sign new partners and manage complex deals to deliver value.
• Coordinate with regional teams and leadership on pricing, strategy, and performance.
