Job summary

Mourant is seeking a Financial Reporting Manager to join our in-house finance team in Jersey. You will partner with leaders across the business to deliver accurate, timely financial insight and robust reporting.

You will work closely with the Financial Controller and Head of Financial Control, Planning and Analysis to drive decision making. The role focuses on consolidation, management reporting, MI development, and stakeholder-facing insights to support future success within a fast-paced

Qualifications

Qualified Accountant with practical accounting experience.
Strong commercial acumen and ability to translate data into insights.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with clear communication.

Responsibilities

Prepare annual consolidated financial statements and per-entity statements.
Consolidate monthly and annual group entities with analysis and commentary.
Prepare monthly management accounts with variance analysis and insights.
Develop MI to support operational and strategic decisions.
Partner with senior leaders to provide timely, commercially focused financial support.
Collaborate on implementing financial technology for smarter workflows.
Prepare P&L, cashflow forecasts, and budgets with stakeholders.
Support board and audit reporting and tax computations.
