Job summary

Aston Martin Formula One Team is seeking a Financial Operations Project Manager for a 12-month FTC at Silverstone. You will lead end-to-end improvements across AP/AR, strengthen controls and drive automation initiatives in a fast-paced finance environment.

You will collaborate with Finance, IT and Operations to define scope, timelines and success metrics while delivering measurable business outcomes and robust governance. This role requires strong communication and change management skills.

Qualifications

• AP/AR processes in a high-volume finance environment.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles, internal controls and compliance.
• Experience leading end-to-end process improvement and automation projects.
• Excellent stakeholder management and change management capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Drive end-to-end project delivery for AP/AR improvements with scope, timeline and success metrics.
• Identify inefficiencies, control gaps and automation opportunities in finance workflows.
• Collaborate with Finance, IT, Operations and external stakeholders for alignment.
• Develop training, communications and change management to support adoption.
• Design enhanced reporting and KPIs to track performance and risks.
