Aston Martin Aramco Formula One Team is seeking a driven Financial Operations Project Manager on a 12-month FTC to lead transformative initiatives across Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and transactional finance functions.

You will bridge project management with financial operations, improving efficiency, controls and delivering measurable outcomes in a fast-paced environment while inspiring teams to adopt new processes and technologies.

Qualifications

• Experience in high-volume finance operations (AP/AR).
• Understanding of internal controls and regulatory compliance.
• Proven track record delivering end-to-end process improvements.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication.
• Ability to lead change under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Drive end-to-end project delivery for AP/AR improvements with scope, timelines, resources, and metrics.
• Identify process inefficiencies, control gaps, and automation opportunities.
• Collaborate with Finance, IT, Operations, and external stakeholders.
• Develop and implement training and change management strategies.
• Design and deliver enhanced management reporting and KPIs.
• Ensure processes maintain robust financial controls and governance.
• Manage project risks, dependencies, and stakeholder expectations.
• Build relationships to promote continuous operational improvement.
• Monitor and report on outcomes and quantify impact.
