Job summary

NTT Global Data Centers Americas, Inc. is seeking a Senior Financial Modelling Analyst to develop, maintain and analyze financial models for new data center site investments and strategic initiatives.

You will work with Sales, Operations, Construction, and product teams to provide actionable insights and support capital planning. The role requires strong modelling capabilities, proficiency in Excel and Power BI, and experience in real estate or infrastructure finance.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics.
Professional certification preferred (e.g., CPA, CMA, CFA).
Multiple years of experience in financial modelling, FP&A, or corporate finance.

Responsibilities

Develop, update, and maintain business cases for new site investments.
Analyze financial results and asset performance using IRR, NPV, payback, and terminal value.
Collaborate with Sales, product, construction, and operations to assess deal terms and costs.
Prepare reports and dashboards to communicate insights to stakeholders.
Identify financial risks and opportunities and provide actionable recommendations.
Improve modelling methodologies and templates leveraging Excel/BI tools.
