Job summary

NTT Global Data Centers in the United Kingdom seeks a Senior Financial Modelling Analyst to build, maintain and challenge financial models and business cases that underpin site investments and strategic initiatives within our data center portfolio. You will partner with Sales, Operations, Construction and product teams to translate insights into actionable recommendations.

The role requires independence in complex modelling, strong understanding of real estate transactions, PropCo/Opco JV

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field.
Professional certification preferred (CPA, CMA, CFA, or equivalent).
Multiple years of experience in financial modelling, FP&A, investment analysis, or corporate finance.
Experience in real estate, infrastructure, or data center environments is a plus.
Strong proficiency with Excel, Power BI, and other financial modelling tools.

Responsibilities

Develop, update, and maintain business cases for new site investments.
Analyze financial results and asset performance using IRR, NPV, payback, and terminal value.
Collaborate with Sales, product, construction and operations on deal terms and costs.
Provide modelling support for long-term planning and capital projects.
Prepare reports and dashboards to communicate insights and recommendations.
