Job summary

NTT Global Data Centers is seeking a Senior Financial Modelling Analyst to develop, maintain and analyze financial models to support site development and strategic initiatives within data center operations. You will collaborate with Sales, Operations, Construction and product teams to deliver robust business cases and actionable insights.

The role requires strong Excel and Power BI skills, experience in FP&A and investment analysis, and a solid foundation in real estate finance.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
Professional certification preferred (CPA, CMA, CFA, or equivalent).
Multiple years of experience in financial modelling, FP&A, investment analysis, or corporate finance.
Strong proficiency with Excel, Power BI, and financial modelling/reporting tools.
Experience with real estate strategy teams or investment banking firms is a plus.

Responsibilities

Develop, update, and maintain business cases for new site investments and strategic initiatives.
Analyze financial results and asset performance using IRR, NPV, payback, and terminal value.
Collaborate with Sales, Operations, Construction, and product teams to assess deal terms and feasibility.
Present financial analysis and insights to management and support capital planning.
