Job summary

NTT Global Data Centers Americas, Inc. is seeking a Senior Specialist for Global FP&A (Team Operations and Data Center Analysis) to optimize planning processes and provide transparent data center performance insights.

You will partner with stakeholders to align processes and deliver timely, high-quality financial reporting across assets and regions. The role drives monthly business rhythm, supports asset lifecycle analyses, and contributes to continuous improvement in FP&A tools and data

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or economics.
• MBA or master’s in finance preferred.
• Extensive FP&A experience in international operations.
• Proficiency in MS Office; experience with data warehouses.
• Knowledge of GAAP/IFRS and key financial performance indicators.

Responsibilities

• Develop and drive operational excellence across end-to-end global FP&A processes.
• Coordinate the Rhythm of Business and monthly/quarterly/annual cycles.
• Prepare executive-level reports with clear commentary and visuals.
• Analyze asset and portfolio performance across lifecycle stages.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and performance tracking.
