Job summary

NTT Global Data Centers in Hemel Hempstead is seeking a Senior Specialist Global FP&A (Team Operations and Data Center Analysis). The role drives operational excellence in FP&A processes and delivers transparent reporting on asset and portfolio performance from construction through operations to divestments.

The position involves coordinating monthly to annual planning cycles, validating data integrity, and delivering insightful financial analysis for stakeholders across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, finance, economics, or a related field required.
• MBA or a master's degree in finance, economics, or a related discipline is highly preferred.
• Multiple years of relevant high‑level Financial and Capital Planning/ FP&A experience.
• Advanced experience with MS Office and data warehouse tools.
• Advanced experience with workday or other HR tools.
• Advanced demonstrable extensive experience within finance in a company with international operations.
• Proven experience in FP&A, controlling, or financial systems management.

Responsibilities

• Support the FP&A Operating Model: Develop and drive operational excellence across end‑to‑end global FP&A processes.
• Coordinate the Rhythm of Business (ROB): Support monthly, quarterly, and annual cycles and cross‑functional collaboration.
• Process Execution & Governance: Improve standardized FP&A processes, templates, and governance.
• Systems & Data Management: Manage FP&A systems and data flows, ensuring accuracy and availability.
• Continuous Improvement & Automation: Identify opportunities for process improvements and automation.
• Stakeholder Coordination & Alignment: Act as a key contact for FP&A teams and stakeholders.
• Executive Reporting & Analysis: Prepare executive and management reports with clear financial analysis and visuals.
• Asset & Portfolio Performance Analysis: Analyze EBITDA and asset lifecycle performance.
