Job summary

Greencore is seeking a Finance Leader to partner with the General Manager and drive operational performance through robust financial insight and strong governance. You will lead the local finance team, own internal controls, and oversee budgeting, forecasting and capital investment processes to deliver value across the site.

The role requires ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualifications and proven experience in FMCG/food manufacturing, with excellent stakeholder management and a drive for continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• ACA/ACCA/CIMA with post-qualification experience.
• Experience in operational or commercial decision support in FMCG/food manufacturing.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to lead and develop a high performing team.
• Proactive, organized and deadline-driven.
• Ability to partner and advise senior stakeholders with insights.

Responsibilities

• Lead the local finance team and drive engagement and development.
• Own the internal control environment and balance sheet integrity.
• Prepare financials for business cases and capital investments.
• Manage budgeting, forecasting and cost-control processes.
• Oversee site capital budgeting, spending and timescales.
• Drive continuous improvement in controls, efficiency and ways of working.
• Develop analytics with data team to support senior leadership decisions.
