Job summary

Greencore is seeking a senior finance leader to manage the local finance team, ensuring robust controls and balance sheet integrity. You will partner with operations to drive value, support budgeting and capital planning, and provide data‑driven insights for decision making. A focus on risk, sustainability, and inclusion is expected across the function.

You will lead analytics improvements and collaborate with senior leaders to challenge performance and enhance margins in a manufacturing context.

Qualifications

• Post‑qualification ACA/ACCA/CIMA is required.
• Experience in operational or commercial decision support in a manufacturing environment.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills across levels.

Experteer Overview In this Finance role, you will lead the local finance team and ensure strong internal controls while partnering with operations to drive value. You will own balance sheet integrity, support decision‑making with factual financial insight, and steer budgeting, forecasting, and capital planning. You will lead analytics‑driven improvements, support sustainability and inclusion efforts, and manage cyber/data risk, contributing to Greencore's performance‑driven culture. Pay / Benefits
