Job summary

Inghams & Santa'S Lapland is seeking a Financial Controller to lead the finance team in Farnborough, ensuring balance sheet integrity, treasury and governance across multiple entities. You will own month‑end close, intercompany and regulatory reporting, and act as final reviewer for revenue, margins and prepayments.

Qualifications

• This role requires a qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA) or equivalent experience.
• Experience as Financial Controller or similar senior finance role.
• Experience managing complex balance sheets and month-end processes.
• Exposure to treasury, FX and multi-currency environments.
• Experience in regulated, multi-entity businesses (travel sector advantageous).

Responsibilities

• Own and review balance sheet reconciliations for accuracy and integrity.
• Lead the month-end close across entities including intercompany activity.
• Oversee treasury activities, cashflow forecasting and FX recording.
• Prepare regulatory returns and assist with statutory accounts.
• Maintain internal controls framework and ensure audit readiness.
