Job summary

Inghams in Farnborough is seeking a Financial Controller to lead the finance function across balance sheet integrity, treasury and governance. You will own month-end close, intercompany processes and ensure audit readiness across multiple entities.

Qualifications

• Qualified accountant with senior finance experience in multi-entity businesses.
• Proven leadership of finance teams and strong governance mindset.
• Experience with treasury, FX and regulatory reporting in travel or similar sectors.

Responsibilities

• Own and review balance sheet reconciliations to ensure integrity.
• Lead month-end close, consolidation and intercompany processes.
• Manage treasury activities, FX exposure and working capital optimization.
• Prepare regulatory returns and support external auditors.
