Nirvana Search is seeking a commercially astute Financial Controller to own the day-to-day finance function within a fast-growing B2B services group in Central London. This PE-backed environment offers a pivotal leadership role with significant strategic input and board-level reporting.

You will lead month-end close, drive post-merger integration, optimise working capital, and partner with the executive team to enhance contract profitability as the group scales for continued growth and future

Qualifications

• 5+ years post-qualification accounting experience in B2B services or contract-led environments.
• Experience with M&A and post-merger integration is highly desirable.
• Strong financial modelling, reporting and systems upgrade experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end month-end close and board packs.
• Oversee financial reporting and internal controls across the group.
• Partner with non-finance stakeholders to analyse project profitability.
• Direct working capital management and cash flow forecasting.
• Drive process improvements and scalable finance workflows.
• Manage external audits and statutory compliance.
