Job summary

Nirvana Search is partnering with a Private Equity-backed Group to recruit a commercially astute Senior Finance Business Partner in Central London. Hybrid role, 3 days in the office and 2 days from home, with a package up to £80,000 plus bonus and comprehensive benefits.

You will bridge finance and business, partnering with operational leadership to drive contract profitability, support M&A integration, and deliver actionable insights shaping strategic decisions.

Qualifications

• Experience post-qualification: 3–5 years in a facilities management, technical services, or contract-led environment.
• Proven track record in business partnering and translating financial data into actionable insights.
• Experience with M&A, post-merger integration, or synergy tracking is an advantage.
• Advanced Excel skills and use of financial systems for reporting.

Responsibilities

• Act as the key financial advisor to non-finance stakeholders and operational leads; challenge the status quo and protect margins.
• Support acquisitions and post-merger integration from a commercial perspective.
• Oversee management accounts and board packs; shift to forward-looking variance analysis and forecasting.
• Collaborate with operations to optimise working capital and cash flow forecasting.
• Identify and implement continual improvements to financial systems and workflows to scale with growth.
