Qualifications

• Qualified ACA/ACCA/CIMA with substantial FC experience.
• Led year-end close and external audit in a PE-backed setting.
• Improved financial controls and reporting in lean finance teams.

Responsibilities

• Own the year-end close and audit process.
• Lead audit preparation and statutory deliverables.
• Review and strengthen financial controls and reporting.
• Oversee outsourced day-to-day finance function.
• Manage and develop the internal finance team.
• Support due diligence and post-acquisition activities.
• Provide financial insight to senior leadership.
