• In-depth expertise in Finance transformation, including operating model design and governance.
• Proven ability to influence executive and senior Finance leaders.
• Experience leading large-scale transformations in global regulated environments.

Responsabilités

• Define and maintain the Finance Transformation strategy, roadmap, and target operating model aligned to Finance priorities.
• Advise the CFO on transformation investment, capability development, and modernization priorities.
• Shape the technology, data and analytics roadmap within Finance, embedding AI-enabled capabilities.
• Lead governance for the Finance transformation portfolio with prioritization and resource allocation.
• Align Finance leadership on the target operating model and adoption of future-state processes.
